Fresh Perspectives Inc. (“Fresh Perspectives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through freshperspectives.net and related Fresh Perspectives web pages (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• contact us about consulting, coaching, workshops, keynotes, or other services;
• join a mailing list, waitlist, or product launch list;
• inquire about publishing, music, media, learning programs, or software; or
• submit a form or otherwise communicate with us.

This information may include your name, your email address, the contents of your message or inquiry, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our general website forms unless it is necessary for your request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and the service providers that support it may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address; browser and device type; operating system; referring website or source; pages viewed; approximate location derived from IP address; dates and times of visits; and interactions with pages, links, videos, forms, or other Site features. 3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

Fresh Perspectives uses or may use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure Site activity, understand how visitors arrive at and interact with the Site, and evaluate marketing activity.

The Site currently uses the following technologies:

• Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that measures aggregate Site traffic without using cookies or collecting personal identifiers;
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel;
• LinkedIn Insight Tag; and
• TikTok Pixel.

The Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok services may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and interactions with the Site. Depending on how those services are configured and the law applicable to you, this activity may be considered targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising or the “sharing” of personal information.

Fresh Perspectives does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

You can restrict many cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings or privacy tools. Blocking certain technologies may affect some Site functionality. Where required by applicable law, Fresh Perspectives will honor legally recognized privacy choices and opt-out mechanisms.

The Site may contain embedded content or links to services operated by other companies. For example, Fresh Perspectives currently uses or links to:

• Vimeo and YouTube for embedded or linked video;
• Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and TikTok;
• Google, including Google Fonts and the form-processing service that receives submissions from our contact and signup forms; and
• Amazon and other third-party websites where Fresh Perspectives products or related materials are available.

When you interact with embedded content or leave the Site to visit another service, that third party may collect information according to its own privacy policy and practices. Fresh Perspectives does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Affiliate disclosure. Some links on the Site, including links to books on Amazon, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Fresh Perspectives earns from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.

We may disclose personal information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, including in the following circumstances.

Service providers

Companies that provide services such as website hosting and operation, email delivery, form processing, analytics, advertising measurement, technology infrastructure, security, and professional services. If Fresh Perspectives or a portion of its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Fresh Perspectives does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Our use of advertising or measurement technologies from companies such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok may involve disclosure of online identifiers or internet activity to those companies. Under some privacy laws, this type of disclosure may be considered “sharing” even though no money is exchanged. California residents may contact us regarding these practices or to exercise an applicable privacy right.

9. Do Not Track and Privacy Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no single universally adopted standard governing DNT signals, the Site may not respond to traditional DNT signals. We will recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent required by applicable law and applicable to the Site.
