Effective date: August 25, 2026

Fresh Perspectives Inc. (“Fresh Perspectives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through freshperspectives.net and related Fresh Perspectives web pages (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

This information may include your name, your email address, the contents of your message or inquiry, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our general website forms unless it is necessary for your request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and the service providers that support it may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address; browser and device type; operating system; referring website or source; pages viewed; approximate location derived from IP address; dates and times of visits; and interactions with pages, links, videos, forms, or other Site features. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, embedded content, and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

If you join a mailing list or waitlist, we may send you communications related to the subject for which you registered and, where appropriate, related Fresh Perspectives work. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting us.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

Fresh Perspectives uses or may use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure Site activity, understand how visitors arrive at and interact with the Site, and evaluate marketing activity.

The Site currently uses the following technologies:

The Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok services may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and interactions with the Site. Depending on how those services are configured and the law applicable to you, this activity may be considered targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising or the “sharing” of personal information.

Fresh Perspectives does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

You can restrict many cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings or privacy tools. Blocking certain technologies may affect some Site functionality. Where required by applicable law, Fresh Perspectives will honor legally recognized privacy choices and opt-out mechanisms.

4. Embedded Content, Links, and Affiliate Relationships

The Site may contain embedded content or links to services operated by other companies. For example, Fresh Perspectives currently uses or links to:

When you interact with embedded content or leave the Site to visit another service, that third party may collect information according to its own privacy policy and practices. Fresh Perspectives does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Affiliate disclosure. Some links on the Site, including links to books on Amazon, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Fresh Perspectives earns from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, including in the following circumstances.

Service providers

Companies that provide services such as website hosting and operation, email delivery, form processing, analytics, advertising measurement, technology infrastructure, security, and professional services. These providers may process information on our behalf or, in some cases, under their own privacy policies.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process; investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity; enforce agreements or protect legal rights; or protect the safety or security of Fresh Perspectives, our users, or others.

Business transactions

If Fresh Perspectives or a portion of its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Retention of Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

7. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request that we provide information about personal information we maintain about you; correct inaccurate information; delete information we maintain about you; stop sending you marketing communications; or address another privacy concern.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to complete a transaction or contractual obligation, required for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Residents of jurisdictions that provide additional privacy rights may exercise those rights as provided by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by law.

8. California Privacy Information

California law provides certain residents with additional rights regarding their personal information when the law applies to the business collecting that information. Depending on applicable law, those rights may include the right to:

Fresh Perspectives does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Our use of advertising or measurement technologies from companies such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok may involve disclosure of online identifiers or internet activity to those companies. Under some privacy laws, this type of disclosure may be considered “sharing” even though no money is exchanged. California residents may contact us regarding these practices or to exercise an applicable privacy right.

9. Do Not Track and Privacy Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no single universally adopted standard governing DNT signals, the Site may not respond to traditional DNT signals. We will recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent required by applicable law and applicable to the Site.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. International Visitors

Fresh Perspectives is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you provide may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws different from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the Site, our business practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
