Prior to founding FRESH in 1998, Michael helped Toshiba, Canon and Visioneer, profitably grow revenues $600 million, increase share in some of the toughest markets in history and win awards for new products, promotions, web design and branding.
He is co-author of the highly acclaimed book, The Paradox of Excellence, How Great Performance Can Kill Your Business, which has appeared in Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, dozens of leading newspapers around the globe and is being translated into six foreign languages.
Gifted speaker, author and leading expert in Value Reinforcement Solutions, David Mosby joined Fresh Perspectives in 2005 as CTO. Prior to coming to FRESH, Dave spent 15 years as CEO of InterWorks Software, Inc., a software development firm that creates specialized customer retention and value reinforcement solutions and has built solutions for DHL, Kaiser Permanente, and Link Logistics/Starbucks among others.
Dave’s thirty-five years of experience in high technology includes nearly twenty years in CEO positions. Prior to starting InterWorks, Dave was president and CEO of Softguard Systems, Inc., a publicly traded software company, where he fostered 2,500 percent market capitalization growth in three years. Prior to that, he was president of The Systems Support Group and led teams at SAGE Software, Boole & Babbage, and University Computing Company. He started his technology career at the NSA and Strategic Air Command.Along with Michael, Dave is also co-author of The Paradox of Excellence.
A former McKinsey and Company consultant and pioneer in high technology product management strategy, Mike has helped dozens of technology companies including Microsoft, Earthlink, Symantec, Toshiba refine their products and marketing and build powerful, effective business strategies.
His 20 plus years of high technology management experience includes time as VP Marketing of Citrix Systems and Quarter- Deck and CFO of CardioNow, a medical imaging ASP where he raised $17 million in VC funding. Over his career, he has helped companies grow more than $250 million.
With almost 30 years of sales, marketing, and international experience, Don has counseled some of the largest telecommunications, bank and technology companies. Prior to joining FRESH, Don was CEO of the Sales Engineering Group, a sales strategy, training and development organization. His management career also includes work at NCR, Teradata Corporation, Computer Associates, Applied Data Research, University Computing (UCC) and Hogan Systems. Don has trained thousands of sales people over his career with Sales Force Systems, Holden International, IMPAX Corporation, Revenue Storm, and Dale Carnegie.
A former McKinsey and Company consultant, Ilya has nearly twenty years of professional consulting expertise helping some of the largest high technology companies create more value. Before becoming a consultant, Ilya was with the strategy group at a major U.S. financial institution. In addition, Ilya has taken operating roles in several start-ups.
An international expert in channels and distribution, Frank has nearly 30 years of high technology sales and management. He was previously VP of sales and marketing for a publicly held high technology company where he took sales from $3 million to $60 million in three years.
